We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Construction Administrator who can ensure accuracy and efficiency in our financial operations. The ideal candidate must be proficient in various software systems and have a strong background in cost management. This role requires someone who can handle large-scale projects with precision and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accuracy and Reliability: Ensure tasks are completed correctly the first time, providing dependable support to the team.
• Excel Proficiency: Must be intermediate in Excel. Candidates will be tested and scores must be attached with the application.
• QuickBooks Expertise: Proficient in QuickBooks for managing financial records and transactions.
• Software Savvy: Adapt quickly to new systems, particularly Service Titan, which is used extensively in our operations. Must be able to navigate and utilize the software. 
• Cost Management: Handle cost accounting by entering the cost of materials and ensuring the cost book is always accurate. Create estimates, proposals, and integrate them into the software.
• Attention to Detail: Maintain high accuracy in all tasks, especially when the company is bidding on million-dollar projects.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of construction accounting experience. 
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel (candidates will be tested).
• Proficient in QuickBooks.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new software systems quickly.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
